Sure, the Prez no longer believes there's a nuclear threat on the Korean peninsula. He absolutely believes that. That's precisely why sanctions are still in place. That's precisely why the Prez has stated that the sanctions will remain in place until Korea shows progress towards de-nuking. In fact, the Prez is in Korea now only because it was a joy-ride to scout out a location for his next casino hotel.
