Thnx for the context, just wanted to be sure. My take on that is that the "deep state" is the flywheel of experienced bureaucracy that keeps the Nation running during the first years of amateur hour that defines most presidencies. Elininating it gives a result of anarchy similar to the aftermath of operation "Iraqi freedom".
"Trumpism" is a bizarre combination of anarchy and authoritarianism.
