An issue I have not seen raised would be the medical vetting of Kavanaugh. I am no doctor or anything, but the marked involuntary tongue movements and repetitive grimacing Kavanaugh showed during some stressful moments in his testimony led me to do a little searching, and it seems possible that these are symptoms of a neurological disorder and/or a drug reaction.
