Probably not, but it's a start. If MOABs are just too destructive there are plenty of opportunities to shred these rapists and murderers with a few hundred well placed cluster bombs. They're really tough when dealing with poor starving civilians. And they have tanks now, thanks to the Iraqi "army." Well OK then...there are certain weapons of war required to eliminate tanks. And reckon how many of those tank operators are former Iraqi army who have gone over.

It's like the old saying in Vietnam, we've got some ARVN M-16's for sale. Never been fired and only dropped once.
