The only conspiracy here is the creation of a conspiracy by the hawkers.
Hillary is probably guilty of secrecy, poor judgement and getting poor technical advice/support. All she had to do was to have her 'old emails' archived and put away for safekeeping. Takes up very little space. Instead she has created this enduring drama.
