It would work best if Biden was the one doing it. tRump has stated he'd debate Biden any time any where so Biden should challenge him to a debate on short notice. tRump would rage at the notions that he's mentally deteriorating, afraid to speak in public without teleprompters and especially that he has to have handlers to guide him.
