How about a registry of every pregnant woman so she can be examined after returning to the state to make sure she's still with child? How about quartering them all once a pregnancy is detected to make sure "God's plan" isn't thwarted? How about a tip-line so any woman reported to have "had relations" can be quarantined until it can be determined if conception has taken place. If it has then she be placed into the aforementioned "pregnancy camp" until she gives birth.
How long until he wants to prosecute the person who pumped the gas into the car that drove the woman to get her procedure.
Fascist? No not us!
