I am proud and very happy to announce that my company will be celebrating our 21st anniversary tomorrow. More than half the people have been with me for well over 15 years. I work just as hard for their paycheck as I work for mine. As a small business, this is a collective enterprise with a horizontal organization. In fact, I've never had a private office.
