Of course he is. The Dems use words like "uncivil", "mean-spirited", "racist", etc., to deflect legitimate criticism or change the subject. Its part of Obama's playbook. He and his ilk could no more distance themselves from accusing others of uncivil discourse - while being uncivil themselves - any more than Niagra Falls could distance itself from water.
