I agree with your first sentence. They are regular here in Brooklyn. They are not only silly but extremely obnoxious equal opportunity offenders; notice - Uncle Tomahawkers in reference to the Native Americans.
I believe you are still missing the essence of reaction...How could such a obnoxious group be omiited from a presentation which is intended to depict intolerance? That is the story...the omission.
