No joke. Joad somehow thinks that Bernie the Almighty would simply pass single-payer, despite GOP House and Senate majorities. I think that living down in that buggy swamp has given him encephalitis. His self-proclaimed intelligence has now been eaten away to the point where he thinks Trump is smart.
