I would say, only in instances where it does not run afoul of our established laws. When I say "considered" I don't mean accepted as the law of the land.
I mean "considered" as it may pertain to establishing motive in the commission of a crime.

The issue I take with this law, is that I believe it to be more politically motivated than anything else. We already have laws against beating women and hacking off heads. Why should we need a second set of laws saying;"Oh, BTW, that goes for Muslims and Jews too."
