Sounds like things might be tough right now but are looking up. I once was laid off with my first child due in a month in January with a new car payment and a mortgage. Sucks still thinking about it now, but moved on to one of my favorite jobs! You just never know what is ahead.
Hoping things turn around for the better soon for the both of you.
