Clinton was in office for 8 years. For the whole time the Republicans were trying to bring him down with a scandal. All they could come up with was a blow job.
Reagan probably didn't even know about Iran-Contra. He was pretty far gone with Alzheimers by then. Others in his administration, probably the ex-spook Herbert Walker, were responsible.
