The Minsk was blown up in drydock along with a Kilo class submarine in the Sebastpol shityards. The Russian navy is looking like the rest of their armed forces. 3rd rate.

"Ukraine’s overnight attack on the shipyard at Sevastopol Bay has resulted in severe damage to the Kilo-class submarine Rostov-on-Don and the large landing ship Minsk that were in drydock for repairs and severe damage to the facility.
It was the biggest attack on the Russian Navy since the sinking of the Moskva."
