In the fulfillment of his duties, Mueller would much rather have no leaks, news coverage, Trump rants or parallel civil lawsuits. The only things we know about what he is doing comes from legal proceedings. That's why it's profoundly ignorant and premature to insist, as Whell does, that Mueller hasn't yet found any evidence of collusion. We simply don't know for sure what he has found other than what he has needed to reveal in court thus far (and that's exactly how he wants it).
