Yes, exactly. Thanks for not being as petulant as the two prior respondents.

If the situation were reversed a bit and it was a conference on budget policy and Paul Ryan was one of the panelists who let one loose, I'm sure they'd be yucking it up and laughing about it, and rightly so.
