Trump Rips Them Up

Official Presidential documents are supposed to be kept and filed. Trump has a habit of ripping up documents when he is done with them. Taxpayer money pays people to tape these documents back together so they can be filed properly.

My theory... Trump has done so many shady things that he has developed the paper ripping as a way to destroy paper trails.
