Heatwave In The West

It helps living a couple of miles from the Pacific but I'm sure happy we plonked down a pile of dough for a central AC system in our little condo. Usually we have a marine layer of clouds this time of year that keeps us pretty cool, aka 'the June Gloom'.

102 here today, 109 tomorrow. Yikes. "But it's a dry heat!", lol.

I hate the heat!
And its been windy here too.

You know, no global warming going on.....:rolleyes:

Pleasant so far.

Having lived in Monterey never south of Big Sur except to drive thru to hop onto route 66 east.
Do know the about dry heat.
We have the hot and sticky.

Finally caught a break with some clouds here on the coast. High was 79.

Past 8pm and its still 90 degrees. Our dog expects me to take him out for our usual long evening walk, but going to be disappointed again like yesterday evening.
