'Arrest made in manure dump at Warren Co. Democratic headquarters'

"A smelly crime in Warren County may be solved.

"The Warren County Sheriff’s Office said Monday that detectives have made an arrest in the case involving the dumping of manure in front of the Warren County Democratic Headquarters on U.S. 42 in Turtlecreek Township.
The sheriff’s office said James R. Pinell, 47, of Lebanon, was charged with one count of criminal mischief, a misdemeanor of the third degree."

Didn't see this arrest report, but I did see the earlier report that said they had the perp on a security cam. Wonder if he'll confess to doing it the last time, in 2012.
