So? Serving on a jury is a civic duty and an obligation to your fellow citizens..

My guess is that 'voting is not expressly guaranteed in the constitution' school of thought; school may not be the right word in this situation.

Motor/Voter should be the law in every state, same with state issued ID cards. In the FUed state of Florida A new ID cost $25, let it expire and the crooks charge you an additional $15. think this is a ploy to keep the poor from voting?
