homies...The Geensboro Baptist Church, and take them back home to Kansas. Wow...people from Kansas are weird! :p

I would like to rid Kansas of that blight, and I'm sure TwoDogs would like to help me with it. It would be too kind to that group to suggest that they are like the crazy uncle that no one in the family likes to mention. Phelps and his klan are not only a disgrace to Kansas, they are a disgrace to the human race. I will not say they are a disgrace to Christianity because that group has no more connection to Christianity than creationism does to science.

It seems fitting here to repeat a joke from the "It's Friday" thread.

Seems a young man decided to visit Westboro church to find out what it was all about. He was a bit distressed about what he would wear, because he didn't want to stand out. Therefore he prayed about it. God spoke directly to him in response: "I'm sorry son, you have Me stumped there. I don't know what they wear, because I've never been there."

We have a topic we all agree on, it seems.

I heard on the radio that several MC clubs from around the state were going to "welcome" them. I hope the Hells Angels are one of them.

TwoDogs has mentioned before that cycle clubs would sometimes form a buffer wall between Phelps' haters' group and the funeral services. Having someone as vile as Phelps around helps other people demonstrate their underlying decency.
