The Ten Freeway In L.A. Shut Down After Fire
The major east/west artery in the LA Basin has 100 concrete columns and 400 feet of elevated roadway that were cooked in a pallet fire.
I know hindsight is 20/20 but who thought storing wooden pallets under a section of the elevated freeway was a bright idea? This is like that recent fire under the I95 in Philly on steroids. Shit. https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/us/fi...245fc203&ei=34 |
Could the choice in storage there be a attempt at eliminating a homeless population from using the space?

Nah, it's just a low quality storage location being used for low-value items.
