Mostly stupid crap aimed at "others", simple wrongheaded answers to complex issues, braggadacious promises he can't keep, making minor issues prominent while ignoring the important issues, and breaking stuff he can't fix when he's not pissing on fires he himself started.
Meanwhile he gives rambling self congratulatory polarizing speeches at feel good campaign stop rallies devoid of substance or logic. This chaotic authoritarian anarchy isn't leadership, it's just narcissism based on insecurity tied to a brittle fragile ego. I don't know if his advocates are gullible ignoramuses, or just self delusional, he is and always has been an obvious bombastic vengeful bullshitting con man.

Balance the budget and eliminate the national debt in 8 years?
Build the wall and make Mexico pay for it?
Pass a health care plan that covers everyone, is better and costs less?
Make America respected again?
Hire only the best people?
Release his taxes?
Stop running the Trump Organization?

Probably it needed someone as bombastic and egotistic as Trump to deal with the long standing view that the US was being taken for a ride because the regular politicians were just being too nice.

Yes the globalist model has been broken. It just maybe that the ignoramus has saved US capitalists from their worst excessives. They went to China and did not care whether it caused trauma in the heartland. However what they did not see was how quick China became competitive (largely through technology transfer part of which is coerced)and started displacing them everywhere.

Surprising you miss the part that is most endearing to the avid Trump supporters...the installation of sympathetic justices all over the country.

Parts dear to many Trump supporters appears to be placing political spite over National interests, "liberal tears" and that sort of shallow emotional nonsense. The other thing is the willingness to be led to the belief that their problems are to be blamed on "others" or vague threats of "globalism", to be answered with hyper nationalism and resurgence of entitled racial identity. Pretty much the conditions that led to WW-2. We've played this before, insanity is expecting a different result with repetition.

Sober assessment: Trump is a wannabe authoritarian. Repubes and Faux "News" are enabling his authoritarian tendencies. Pretty simple, really, and extremely sad for our democracy.

That 60+ million Americans voted to put him in charge, having all the information we all had on Nov 8,2016, tells us just how narcissistically self-absorbed this country really is.
