The stupid mofo who caused this accident actually got away with a ticket.

A fucking ticket and thats it !

He caused over 2 million dollars worth of damage. Nearly killed people and he got a speeding ticket. Something is so wrong with this world it aint even funny.

What else do you fell he should be charged with and why?
The article does not say much about what caused the fire.

The fire was caused due to his speeding and side swiping the tanker carrying 10K gallons of gasoline which then ignited and burned down a 2 million dollar bridge. Completely shutting down one of the only north, south expressways in the heart of Detroit.

For starters I feel he should at the least be charged with destruction of public property and be made to make restitution in any way possible. Then he should be charged with endangering the live of every person who was on the expressway at the time of the accident and dealt with to the extent of those laws.

This guy got a $90.00 speeding ticket and if he mails it in uncontested does not even have to set foot in a courtroom to answer for anything. Pathetic..

I have no clue how it works but I do know that if someone hits a telephone pole he has to pay fot it. Same if he takes down a tree. I am not sure why it would be different with public property.

All I can report is what our local news is telling us. Wish it were otherwise.

This guy is still claiming he did nothing wrong. Of course cause he would be lynched by all those who were hosed by the road closure.

If he is not responsible for the damage he did, something is indeed wrong.

That was pretty much my point all along. As usual I am a poor communicator. :)
