Rush Limbaugh’s Hate Radio Network Home Facing $20 Billion Bankruptcy
This is the coolest thing since sliced bread!!!
Thanks to a concerted effort among conservatives, America has been addicted to hate for too long. Like many destructive commodities, as long as “hate sells” its purveyors will never stop peddling it and in 21st Century America nothing sells like hate. Conservatives thrive on peddling hate because it resonates with their increasingly ignorant racist, sexist, and nativist base. In fact, Republicans have benefitted greatly from selling hate and it was that fact that likely prompted Mormon cultist and then aspiring Republican presidential candidate Willard ‘Mitt’ Romney to direct his company, Bain Capital, to buy control of America’s leading hate radio network, Clear Channel. Romney’s intent was to use “his new” hate radio network to curry favor with the hate-addicted Republican base to win the White House in 2012. http://www.politicususa.com/2016/03/...tm_campaign=im |
Hate has always been a big seller.

Couldn't happen to a more deserving group. That it was apparently orchestrated by vulture capitalists like Mittens and Bain Capital is pretty funny.

Isn't Excrement in Fraudcasting with all the Limbotomised Dittiot zombies supposed to be highly profitable?

So, suppose the Koch brothers buy Clear Channel out of bankruptcy. What happens then? As nailer said, hate sells. It we needed an example, all we have to do is think of "President Drumpf".

I Heard the sandwich that took out Mama Cass is coming back, and looking for Rush! or at least I hope so!!!

Rush is a paying asset (presumably), and the bankruptcy court would seek to preserve him as such. In a bankruptcy his contract would be sold and he'd continue in uninterrupted operation (presumably).

Nobody will pick up Rush if he can't sell. Stations have been dropping him for the last year since they can't sell spots to pay the monthly fee to carry his drivel. He has lost sponsors by the thousands (so I've heard). So unless he is willing to renegotiate, or someone wants to use him as a write-off....well, we'll see.
