No, tarp monies would be paid back through bankruptcy restructuring or sale of assets.

I disagree. This would potentially hurt so many small business that IMHO it is irresponsible. Whatever the future holds for CitiGroup clearly the overall health of our sociaty needs to come first.

As I have stated elsewhere, our mortgage system was designed by thieves for thieves, looks like some chickens are coming home to roost. Peek took CIT into sub-primes and credit default swaps.
