You are right that it is too late. Living downwind from Ohio's coal fired plants it won't be in my lifetime when the ground water goes from acid to neutral.

The man does keep his promises. I guess if he can't get Cap and Trade through Congress, he'll just raise rates by executive order.

Now, I wonder when we'll get around to taking on the issues that the country actually has rather than the issues that are imaginary.

Rather a lot of hype as many companies were already converting to natural gas because of the dropping prices. With gas they do not have the vast problem of ash disposal.
