Whose fault is the current state of the economy?

It seems most Americans aren't fooled.

I would love to see another graph. Expectations of success in management of the economy Rumney versus the Prez. Not that I believe any potus has as much effect as congress has in this field.

Sorry for the minor threadcrap Pat.

It just begs the question of the right as to how this debacle got going? I'm sure the deep thinkers will protest that I just can't let go of the past and should move on. Yeah, good luck with that advice. When Glass Steagle is resurrected and enforcement of the yellowdog contract prohibitions I'll begin to be less pessimistic.:( We're still at a dead gallup for a cliff and the cowboys are pushing the herd towards instead of away from that precipice. Pun intended as usual.;)

Indepedents/moderates pretty much believe equally that both fellows' plans for the economy are lacking, though Obama lags a bit.

There is a bit of a disconnect in the polls IMO. Romney is slightly favored to fix things, though his policies mirror Dubya's, who himself gets the lion's share of the blame for the sad state of the economy.

Public opinion is easily swayed so I'll just have to wait and see what the ballotbox says but I also see the mis-perception that Romney's vision is preferable to the fairly successful track record of the President. I just hope that there is a record turnout this November for the incumbent and the superpacs are seen for what they are (and congress too.)

Nudge alert-I'm asking the people I meet if they are registered to vote at any opportunity that comes along. Nudge 'em!
(BTW using the name Romney and vision in the same sentence is ironic at best, don't you think?;))

I like to see a line for the congress on the chart as an option.

Superpacs will not only be responsible for a Romney win (if it happens) but also an Obama win as well....you see boba....they run both ways.........

Except that the Romney ones will outspend the Obama ones. Like our friend Adelson using profits from his casino in Macao.

Hell, the Kock brothers alone have put up 400 million into super packs to get Romney elected. It is funny, these John Bircher's have to choose between a black man and a Mormon. I can assure you the despise both.

I really, really hate them.
