Everyone wants the Germans to be as foolish as the Greeks.

I knew this would happen, Germany's economy was pretty much exxport based, well all those other countries went broke buying Mercedes and BMWs and other German stuff. Once austerity was imposed on them by Angie the export market dried up.

Not much different than the dimwits here cutting workers salaries and jobs, In an economy that is 70% consumer driven of course beggaring the consumer is a great idea - NOT!

Maybe it has but 0% interest rates are sure hurting senior citizens, the only ones benefitting are banks and money managers.

It's not 0%. I just checked on a CD I thought was rolling over and found out I was getting .55%. Thank God inflation is under control...otherwise I'd be losing my ass.

At least all of this deficit spending is managing to continue to inflate the stock market bubble. Happy days are here again, huh?

Was it Henry Ford who said that if people actually understood how money worked, there would be a revolution by morning?
