What will be interesting will be hearing Wilson's second side of the story...you know... the side that explains how he delivered the two coup de gras, one through the eyeball, and one through the crown of the head that travelled out the chin/throat, then striking Brown in the chest. Both after Brown attempted to surrender, putting his arms up the best he could, verbally surrendering, as he fell forward and sunk to the ground.
Very few people are having problems that Brown got shot. They are having problems that after the engagement broke off, there was significant separation between the two, then Wilson again commenced shooting while Brown surrendered, and executed Brown. There is a marked difference between policing practices in well to do socioeconomic areas vs the apartment project of Ferguson and section 8 USA. The hard and fast rule we have learned is the police will always shoot to kill, and keep shooting, til there is no resistance. |
I wonder if it had been the other way around, and Brown had shot Wilson.
Would he have been given two months to concoct his story? Hell, maybe Wilson's just being set up as a patsy and the shots that killed Brown were fired from a grassy knoll by some of the local thugs in the hood. |
Here we go again. Conjecture abounds.

Well, I live here, and have seen all of the videos, and seen the summary account of the autopsy. I know how the folks in the community and the metro area feel about this matter. There has been a tremendous amount of effort trying to sterilize what has gone down, on both sides. The Brown story, on both sides, has been in the public. The Wilson story has been completely behind the doors of the justice system.
There isn't much argument about how the bullet to the crown of the head passed through the neck and struck Brown's chest. That bullet travel path can't be any more obvious, and it pinpoints the position and angle Brown was in relative to Wilson's firing angle. All the rest needs to be presented in a court. There won't be any justice outside it, and there may well not be a satisfactory justice rendered in court. For the majority of the minority population in St. Louis, the current county prosecuting attorney(who is a staunch police supporter and law and order lawyer - and his dad was a police officer killed in the line of duty) is the last lawyer they want to represent Brown in this case. |

Give me one public name besides "police sources" or Wilson who says Brown charged. Maybe if all the witnesses were white it would not be conjecture? |
Police reports from media sources. Media sources we like? Media sources we hate? Edited for content and time constraint?
Maybe if we read the entire test of the testimony? Maybe we view a video of each person's testimony so we can tell if they look like a lying sack of shit as their sworn testimony chunks come spewing out all over the courtroom? Maybe we show up here and dis the stuff we don't like and praise the stuff we love. Like I said...conjecture. So at some point we'll get a decision. And we'll hate it or we'll applaud it. And the testimony we hate will be a fucking lie and the testimony we love will be applauded. And the decision will be made by idiots if we hate it, or geniuses if we like it. We're like dogs out in the yard sniffing around all the racoon and possum shit. Sniffing around the raccoon shit is ultimate entertainment to the dog...and clearly some shit is worthy of rolling in, and some shit is not. One thing for sure though...it all smells like shit. |
Ask any dog, the best shit is eaten.

Ike there is no conjecture. He shot him down in the street after he was running away.
This "news release" is bullshit...it is the same story Wilson has told from day one. Wilson and the Saint Louis criminal justice system is just softening up the public for when they let Wilson off the hook for a homicide, perceived or not. Perhaps Wilson will not even have to fill out a post-shooting incident report. I have a feeling however he won't be in any patrol car for awhile, if ever. |
