Well the government does let it happen....and the real estate developers must have the ok of the Communist party..remember it is a command economy still....

perhaps the most damaging is the last paragraph were the owner of the home gets reimbursed but must use it for legal fees to help is son...

The government lets it happen, so it's okay for a greedy asshole to do it?
