Who Makes and Distributes Divisive Propaganda?

For a shocking look at the race-baiting propaganda now out there, go to google images and search on 'dindu.'

News Corp is probably the world’s biggest purveyor of fake news. Their Fox “News” spews divisive hate daily, to millions of uneducated fools. Which is why I found this article from News Corp’s CEO, finger wagging at Facebook and Google ove fake news, so utterly ironic.

A frightening item on The News Hour last night about Sinclair Broadcasting’s grip on local news stations, how they force them to play hard-right nonsense editorials daily, and how they are colluding with Trump’s FCC to take over far more local TV stations.

With so many voters who get most of their “news” from local TV, small wonder we have Trump as our fake president.

The "Office of Strategic Influence"

Originally Cheney was going to call it "the office of disinformation" but that sounded bad.....

About that vow to never use it to influence the US public...LOL......

Did anybody look at the examples I was calling out? They aren't on Fox, though I wouldn't rule out some level of coordination. OSI? Russians? The Ayn Rand Memorial Foundation?

But the stuff is professionally made, and someone is paying for its production, and paying money to distribute it.

Example: there are dozens of 'memes' featuring this standardized coon image:

I've never heard that word before. Sounds like the equivalent of white trash.

I call that the Facebook Effect, though self-selection of sources plays a big role too. But it's on Facebook that meme-makers can easily distribute their stuff to their chosen audience, while others never see it. If folks like you and I don't make the effort to look, we have no idea what kind of outrageous lying shit is being spread around. On purpose, with money behind it.

Could certainly be coming from Fox “News”. Racism appears to be rampant there. No surprise.

I doubt that very much. I've personally seen some of the stuff that high school kids can crank out in computer graphics class, and certainly college kids can do this kind of work. Most of it is excellent, but some of the the stuff that the kids pass between themselves can get pretty nasty/blue/distasteful/insert your favorite adjective here.
