Lindbergh, Isolationism and Nazism

https://www.dailymotion.com/video/x2rwicv

Let's see, he opposed any direct American involvement or even our support of allies such as France and Great Britain prior to 7Dec41. He speaks of our industrial and military capabilities as inferior to those of Nazi Germany, laying blame for this at the feet of Liberal Democrats and all under the guise of an "America First" campaign.

"America First"..... Where do we hear isolationist, anti-Democracy claptrap under the guise of this mantra coming from these days?

As we now know, Lindberghs efforts didn't get him far. That is the principle difference between now and then. Today, we have a much more advanced threat at hand.

I describe Lindbergh's attitude as "They're all wogs east of Campobello."

Conservatives can be so tribe-centric they hate cooperating even with allies.
